Complaints Procedure
| We encourage parents to discuss any concerns they may have about their child directly with the member of staff concerned in an informal and open way. In the unlikely event that a matter cannot be resolved in this way, our Complaints Procedure will be applied, a copy of which is displayed on the school notice board and can be obtained from the Head Teacher. |  |
